KAGOSHIMA UNIVERSITY STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM

SPRING SEMESTER 2018

Faculty of Science, Universiti Putra Malaysia would like to inform you that application is now open for Kagoshima University Student Exchange Program Spring Semester 2018

The requirement for the application is as follow:

• Application Form (Form A) — A person who holds N1 or N2 in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, please fill out Form A in Japanese.
• Application Form (Form B)
• Reference Form (Form C)
• Official Transcript in English
• Three Identical Photos within 3 months, 4cm x 3cm
• Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency Test, or TOEFL, IELTS, MUET etc.
• Certificate of Student Registration/Enrollment
• Photocopy of Passport
• Health Certificate in English
